Return Policy

We appreciate your purchase from us at One Down. However, if you aren’t completely satisfied we are glad to help out. Return any unsatisfactory item within 30 days of the invoice date for credit or exchange (some exclusions apply).

  • All returned items are subject to inspection prior to processing
  • Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and tags still attached
  • All items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange 
  • Please email our customer service team for questions concerning items with manufacturer’s warranties that exceed the 30 day One Down return policy
  • Shipping will not be refunded and buyer is responsible for return shipping
  • You will receive an email authorization once the return has been approved
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of return processing
  • Please print and complete a return form below to include with your return

Damaged/Missing Items

It doesn’t happen often, but in the event your item is damaged in shipping or an item is missing from the order please contact our customer service team to assist you with this return. This request will need to be received within 7 days of receiving the purchase. Please include photos of damaged item and order number in email.
